There is some kind of extension people in the group talk about that works with MFP. Can't remember the name of it. @EelkoDoesKeto Do you use a thing to count net carbs with MFP??

Once in ketosis, excess protein gets converted to ketones. If consuming a higher carb diet, excess protein gets converted to glucose. I cook my meats and veggies in olive oil, to up my fats a little and to up my calories.

Thanks, good luck! It can feel a little restrictive at times, but well worth it if you can stick to it. Never thought I'd lose this much weight, this rapidly staying full and satisfied! It's definitely doable. ;)

I eat pretty clean Keto. I try to eat whole foods, not a lot of processed things. (I only eat processed when in a bind, like out of the house all day, no prepped foods to take with). Dirty keto includes processed foods... Like deli meats, American cheese, Atkins/slimfast products, etc.

@FluffyKitty987 The 20 minute workout is ironic. I was avid aerobic video doer in the 80s (I use to love a show called "20 minute workout"). There was one episode led by Bess Matta I memorized, and that is kind of the base of my workout. The show looks so cheesy now, but fun little doable workouts.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling app? MFP has a lot of glitches.
