I just cut our weed-infested backyard (almost 1/2 acre) and whacked a bunch of vines so snakes can't hide out! I spent a pretty grueling 2 hours doing that activity! Hi! I'm in on this challenge! Start day: June 16, 2019 Goal: Workout 20 minutes/day I'll be back later to log my results. We have weights and treadmill in our basement. Establishing a habit to improve my A1C and blood pressure. I am post-menopausal.
