  • Very proud to hear your on track. Drink your water before meals and make sure even when tired...a short 10 to 15 min. Walk is so good for all of us. Think of macronutrients and stay away from inside grocery aisles where all the process food is...prepare your meals. 👍😁 and most important No fad diets or any diets. Be happy!
