We get EveryPlate meal kits. They are already smaller portions. Now that I can have things like ground meats I can start to have a bit more of the meal again and save the rest for my lunch the next day. I too listened too much to my body and feel like I just ate and ate. I finally noticed the sample menu from my nutritionist says 640 - 790 cal per day 72 - 82g protein. I plan to plan much more than I had been before. Even with WW I wasn't planning (nor tracking) but I'm being diligent and hope it persists! MFP is awesome and I'm glad I got back into it so hopefully I can do the planning and tracking I need to know where I'm going right or wrong.

This! So this! I am starting the soft foods today and know the protein range but what is the max carbs and fat?? I figure I might be able to figure it out if I input the sample menu into MFP so that is my next plan.
