Sure - I'm female 5'7" 200 lbs, I logged house cleaning - light and slow pace (I cleaned for 4 hours, but just logged 2, because of the amount of calories it showed). I clean about once a week. For 4 hours it was 700+ calories, for 2 it was 450.

Yes, it's usually just once a week. Sometimes twice, sometimes none.
