I have premium and haven’t seen either of those. I really just want to set a goal of min 120g protein and 35g fiber regardless of exercise calories or macro percentages

I am tracking protein and fiber predominantly. I want to look at average daily intake over a week period. Now and again I miss a day. Veganbaums answer is very good and helpful except Fitbit doesn’t count calories burned from steps, it uses your estimated metabolic rate and heart rate.
