Hello, I'm just under 5'3 with a little more than 60 lbs to lose. Going to start off with small goals to get from 213 to under 200 first. I restarted MFP in the last couple of weeks to start with tracking my foods and exercise. Suzy

Thank you for the getting started tips. I just started using this tracker this week also. Time to get back on track with eating better. Those calories sure do add up quick when you haven't changed what you're eating yet! It's definitely an eye opener.
