The best advice I can give is make sure you eat properly and enough during the day and try drinking some chamomile tea an hour before bed. Maybe even take a melatonin with your tea to help keep you sleeping throughout the entire night. From my experience I can say the tea + melatonin will knock you out!

Yeah, if you are breastfeeding you dont want to restrict too much. Try putting together a maintainable diet plan that puts your total caloric intake between 2000 (not breastfeeding) and 2300 (are breastfeeding) and exercise regularly to burn around 500.
