@daria0919 congratulations on the 10k finish! You did amazing! A 15:36 pace is FAST especially if you were mostly walking, you were hustling! I was at around 16min-ish pace when I mostly walked my 5k and I thought I was moving out ๐ Great job! ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป

@chocohollic I weigh myself just about everyday and then report my weight on my weigh in day here as it reads for that day. My everyday weigh ins are just for me to see. Like you said it can fluctuate so much day to day I just made weighing myself as part of my morning routine so I can see the numbers and see which way myโฆ

@minstrelofsarcasm please excuse my weigh in this week. Iโm sick as a dog trying to fight off a head cold so I can make it to my 5k this weekend. Iโm not really paying attention to what Iโm eating and Iโm definitely not exercising lol. Just resting when I can and taking cold meds around the clock.

I restarted the 5k training program after like week 3 in the beginning, because until that point I hadnโt been able to consistently run each interval and was walking through some of the run parts, which by then was like 1.5min run 1min walk. But as of today, Iโm on week 6 of the training andโฆ
