A friend and I signed up to run a 5k in April so Iβm going to start training with her for that this week. Going to be using the β5k runner app: couch potato to 5kβ to help me. I donβt recall a time in my 36 years of life that I have ever run on purpose, so any encouraging words, tips and tricks will be greatly appreciated π

If youβre struggling on the nutrition end, maybe you can make it up to yourself by making an extra trip to mailbox, walk down the driveway, take an extra trip on the steps, walk an extra loop around the store while youβre shopping,β¦

Happy New Year Weight No More family! Hope you all had a great holiday and got to spend it exactly how you wanted to.
