Well it's literally called if it didnt have calories. Some people do deprive themselves. I rarely ever truly crave anything because I dont deprive myself was my point

Sounds like you've had a rough go. Just remember what made you want to lose the weight initially. do you want to revert back and then get depressed because you lost all that great progress? Maybe you just need to go to you're favourite restaurant. eat whatever you want order wings and ribs, a burger, a steak and dessert.…

Ramp those calories up. Aim for around 40% carbs 30-35% fat 25-30% protein. Aim for 1/2 pound (250cal) to at most 1 pound per week weight loss. If I go out, and I end up going considerably over my calories, I usually go for a run the next day and run a 250-500 calorie deficit (not including the run) and if need be I'll run a 250 deficit the rest of the week.

I started 16/8 last week. Little bit of an adjustment and some hunger pangs in the morning. Aside from that I'm really liking it, especially being able to eat bigger meals. I get an extra 600 calories from breakfast to use wherever I like.

I literally went over almost 2000 calories on junk food a few days back. It happens, were not perfect, the worst thing you can do is dwell on it. Pick yourself up and move forward, you have the power to fix it now! Hold yourself accountable. Were stronger than we give ourselves credit for
