I have noticed that I gain 1-2 pounds in the week leading up to menstruation. It then starts coming off on cycle day 2 and I have my biggest loss at about day 1 post menstruation. I haven't noticed any gain during ovulation.

I used to drink 104 oz of Dr.Pepper daily. When I realized how many calories I was consuming I quit cold turkey. It was a rough two weeks. I lost about 40 lbs after I stopped. Occasionally I will crave one. But it's too sweet now so after a sip or two I just throw it out.

I know the month is halfway over but I would love to join! SW: 217 CW: 206.2 Goal weight: 165 Goals for the rest of the month are lose 4 pounds, 10,000 steps at least 5 days a week. Start some resistance training in the next 2 weeks.
