I gain about 3-4 pounds that comes on 2-3 before my period starts. It then stabilizes and is gone within a day or so of my period ending.

Most people on here say don't put too much thought into the tracker. There are multiple variables in our daily intake that makes the tracker off. Weight loss is not linear. Keep yourself in a deficit and the weight will come off.

Try upping your protein intake. I find that I'm able to stick to my calorie goal if I eat enough protein.

I gain around 3-4 pounds every month a couple of days before my cycle starts until it ends. Then the weight drops off the following week.

I work nights 6 to 6 three days a week. I usually have a protein shake when I wake up then around 11 pm I have a meal with protein, veggies, an a small carb such as rice and maybe a piece of fruit. This holds me over until morning and if I'm hungry before bed I will have another shake or a couple of eggs but not always.

It takes about two weeks before you feel better. Take Excedrin or midol if you need to get rid of a headache. The both have a little bit of caffeine. Good luck!

I had my tubes tied when I was 27. It's been 10 years now and I haven't had any complications. No hormonal issues, and a predictable cycle every 28 days. I was pretty sore for about 2 weeks with the gas pain being the worst.

It's not that far cells have memory, rather it that you have a certain number of fat cells that remain even if you lose weight. They just shrink during weight loss. Unless you have them removed with liposuction.
