I completed the program late last summer but have let my running slide over the winter. I'm thinking about going back through the program again, possibly treating the intervals as light jogging vs running instead of walking vs jogging. I'm just waiting for it to be light out at 6am so I can get out and run before work…

@holli1ch 4 pounds in 10 days is pretty aggressive, especially when you don't have a ton to lose in the first place. Make sure you're setting reasonable goals for yourself, so you don't wind up frustrated because you haven't met them. Cheers and best of luck to you. :)

It turns out I was mistaken, and there's no charge for a new badge as long as I've not lost the RFID card that sits behind it. I'm going to walk over and get a new badge in a bit.

I've been thinking about replacing my badge, but I think I'll wait until I get nearer to my final goal. They charge a $20 fee to replace it unfortunately.

I had asked for XL work shirts for Christmas and received several, none of which fit at the time. (I knew going into it that these would be clothes I'd need to "shrink into") The first of them fit as of this morning and I'm wearing it to work today.

Knocked another long term goal off my list. As of today, I've lost a bit over 111 lbs, which surpasses the 110 lbs I lost back in 2009-2010. Awesome. I feel like getting started is the hardest part. Once you start to establish better habits and you start to see results in the scale and mirror, it gets easier. I started at 386 and 13 months later I've worked down to 278 or so. The road has been bumpy, but it's doable. I hope to see you do well in your future…
