  • Yep, been doing it for a little over a month now and I have seen amazing results. In May I was 225lbs, and this morning when I weighed myself I am at 200 lbs. So I have lost about 25lbs in roughly 2 months. I have been eating a low cal, high protein, low fat diet, while fasting for about 18-20 hours/day.
