I do it in the morning before stepping in the shower. I have been doing it daily for the last 3 or 4 weeks, just to see if I can figure out the whys for any fluctuations. I am probably going back to how I was doing it before, which was every 2-3 days.

I try to walk 30 to 40 minutes at lunch, weather permitting and as long as am not in an all day meeting. I have options in the building to walk inside if I can't get outside due to weather. At home, I have a CardioSlide (basically a treadmill that is powered by ME) I will do for maybe 10 minutes while watching a tv show.…

I usually bring egg whites, usually with spinach or other veggies in, kind of like an omelette, to work. I have insulated containers (similar to a thermos) that keeps them hot.

It is possible, I did about that or a little more in 2 months doing Nutrisystem just by following the plan of their food and supplementing with "approved" fruits and veggies and their recommended serving sizes. I like to do boneless, skinless chicken breasts - pour your favorite salsa (jar or homemade). On low for 6-8 hours, shred and then use however you want - tacos, whatever.

Of course it is! And it does burn calories, depending on your pace and distance. Not as much as more strenuous exercise, but it does. It's also good cardio.

Sounds like an odd situation. I will suggest, though, for the logging...if you don't have the capability of using the app on your phone...keep a notebook and log that way and log into the site when you get home.

I have one but don't use it often. It's just easier to use a knife if I'm not doing a lot at once. But I would use it for slicing tomatoes, potatoes, zucchini, cucumber, onions.

Depends on what you are doing to lose. It's different for all. I lost about 30 in 2 months doing Nutrisystem.

I just use pasta and chopped veggies like broc, cauliflower, peppers, tomatoes. etc. and mix with a little low fat zesty italian dressing.

I drink coffee black, so probably not much help here. I'd just suggest reducing the amount you already use, or maybe try skim milk.

Don't beat yourself up. Just be mindful going forward on special occasions to eat those foods in moderation. Amp up your exercise. For the cake that is left, take in to work and/or freeze some or all. Turn that 10 servings into 20 and it will go farther and if you freeze some do so individually so you only take one small…

Are you drinking enough water? Often if you drink water when you think you are hungry that will curb it. Try drinking a glass of water when you feel hungry and see what that does.
