This thread is my fave. So motivating! This is January - today, -10 lbs (141 to 131)..... about halfway to my body composition goals but feeling confident I can get there at this slow and steady pace 💪🏼

at home i've been blending up a handful of frozen strawberries with a shot of tequila and a few squirts of lime juice, then topping off with whatever flavored seltzer we have at home. really pretty and delish

I’m struggling with some symptoms that may be PCOS (new case of hardcore chin and jaw acne, as well as lifetime extra body hair and extra weight especially around belly area). I can’t decide whether to see my dermatologist (for the acne), my OB/GYN (i am on the pill), or my GP. Any advice welcome !

I would like to be vegan for ethical reasons but I find it a lot harder to stick below my calorie goals and feel satisfied when I am eating 100% vegan. Often I get SO hungry even when getting ~70g protein per day, and eating carbs all day every day can get old. I feel much more satisfied when adding small amounts of animal…
