Possibly, but could it really bump me back up 800 calories? I usually dont weigh things like small apples (i dont eat cores).

I would say 90% of the time i measure very accurately with my food scale. Wife just bought me a new one for my bday that's bigger too! I'll check those articles!

i've been doing full body since July 2019 3 days per week. I might have missed 6 total workouts in that amount of time. I just upped my step goal last month from 6k to 8k due to a promotion at work that has me sitting more. It's best to not look at food negatively because it builds a negative aspect when you "cheat" if you want that pizza you eat it. Food isn't evil it's just food.
