Why am I not dropping?
So I've been pretty diligent about tracking everyday, hit my step goals (8,000/day), full body workouts 3 days/week. So far I've dropped between 45-50 lbs in the last 6 months (super stoked by this); however in the last month or so i keep fluctuating in the 270-275 range.
