I find drinking glass of water (or better yet, some Pellegrino, or your choice of carbonated mineral water) before my meal to be very helpful in filling the space that I would otherwise utilize for overeating. Also, try tricking your brain by eating on a smaller plate, like a side plate. I don’t “diet” per-say but rather…
