The graph here is pretty much what mine is at the moment. A couple of ups and downs, but essentially still losing weight. Just mimicking the others here, but yeah, you're fine. It's quite normal for people's weight to go up and down somewhat randomly, particularly if you're female.

Probably a good thing, to be fair. :D But you remembered it and who knows, you might have a spare bog roll while out on an adventure and fancy a small cooked meal.

Instead of photos, I use a t-shirt that is too small for me and just pop it on randomly to see if it stops feeling tight lol. I'm not much of a shutterbug.

Damn. You beat me to being fussy about grammar. :D

Well, at first it was because I kept buying clothes from Amazon, that were a size or two too small and was too lazy to send them back lol. But that failed and I gave up the first time and struggled ever since. But now, with a new and amazing relationship that brought me the love of my life, I want to be fit and healthy so…

Quite a few will go for the flavour of the month, the most popular person in the news/films/TV shows or who has the most exposure in popular culture at any particular time. Hence why everyone went crazy for Emilia Clarke, when GoT became popular. Same with Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston and Scarlett Johansson because of…

Dead right on the water weight. I've been exercising hard for the past two weeks and noticed that my weight barely changes from day-to-day and it's mainly on rest days, or those where I haven't pushed so hard or drank as much water, where it will decrease.

Had the same boxers for years, until they literally fell apart when I tried to put them on lol.

God, yeah. "I'm just being honest" isn't a free pass to be an *kitten* (although many think it is). :D Add that one to my list actually.

I used to eat (and other things) through depression, which in turn caused me to be lazy, and have low willpower and self-esteem. They're all part of the same thing, really. Yes, I completely agree that when you change your mindset, everything else has the chance to change with it. A small part is just getting over yourself…

Ah, you have to love our cousins to the north. They are crazy bawbags when it comes to deep-frying things.

Ah, I'm mostly cycling and weight training. Never been much of a runner. I'll stretch a little first. I don't count the time it takes for that, as it's just loosening-up. 10 min stationary cycle on the second-to-last setting at an average of +25kph, to get my pulse racing a little. Then a 25-30min cycle on the MTB (got a…

Look around, check that No one is watching. Quickly Flex in the mirror.

Apparently, there is a better chance of losing more weight if you only workout for 30 minutes per day, than if you did more (source: Google). I do an average of 30-45 minutes per day, but give it some beans and get a proper sweat going.

You should always let food cool before freezing it anyway. Not doing that can cause the temperature to rise inside and the surrounding food can thaw slightly, potentially causing bacterial issues.

Completely agree with those who are saying it's your own actions that put the food in your mouth. You can't really blame others for your own eating habits. Sounds harsh but I've been through all of that and finally accepted it's my responsibility to learn self-control. I actually keep a few snacks near me most of the time…

Europe has stricter regulations on things like additives and our food safety is far more extensive, so I imagine that makes a huge difference.

Pizza Hut's large BBQ Meat Feast with Cheesy Bites crust. 10 slices of heaven, at 276 calories per slice. Can't actually find a picture of it, but I do crave one regularly. Just now I don't buy one :( lol. Although, even when I did, I would only have 2-3 slices and put the rest in the fridge. Now it's more a case of I…

Everything my girlfriend says to me. She's always so loving and grateful, and I in return.

A what? I'm going to guess yuck because it sounds sweet (I'm a savoury man). Cornish Pasty.

Haha, that's one of my favourites, to be fair. And it's exactly that. :D

Know me a little better. Well, rambling is my forte (as you might have noticed from some of my other posts, perhaps?), so apologies if this goes on for a while. :D Born to an almost bi-polar mother and a father who didn't care enough to stick around (possibly due to my mother combined with his possible adultery), my…

I never stop being "online" as my PC is always on and my phone always connected, so before I got back to either and used them, putting some washing on (namely my stinky trainers from cycling and working out today).

My girlfriend's dog Riri managed to get out in the evening, about a month and a half ago. She was definitely in heat and getting very eager to go outside every time I saw her. Which ended up in her becoming pregnant by a neighbour's dog. By the time my girlfriend found her, the dirty deed was already done lol. The end…

First thing would be to get my girlfriend and her daughter over here to live with me and pay for their visas upfront, without a second thought. Get married and buy a slightly better house than what I have now. We're still doing that regardless, but it's going to take time. Then make sure we have enough to get her daughter…
