Hi all. Been on and off MFP for a few years now, but I've never been active in the forums. I hadn't realized how active these forums were until recently and figured they could be useful for motivation and friends. I'm always happy to share workouts and recipes and looking for others to do the same. Feel free to add :)

If you use the recipe I recommended with half a banana you'd be under 300 cals .5 banana - 50-60 cals 1 scoop ON chocolate protein - 130 cals 2 tbsp pbfit - 70 cals 1 c unsweetened almond milk - 30 That would put you right around 300!

People seem to either love this or hate, but I do cottage cheese with tuna to make tuna salad as a mayo replacment. A lot of people use Greek yogurt which is delicious, but I find cottage cheese works just as well!

I've tried oats in smoothies and I can't seem to handle the consistency. I wonder if it's better to saok them first? Almost like making overnight oats but then toss them in the blender. I've tried it before with raw oats and they don't seem to blend well. Ideas?

I make a similar smoothie. Here's mine. 1 banana - 100 cals 1 scoop chocolate protein - 130 cals 2 tbsp pbfit - 70 cals 1 cup unsweetened almond milk - 30 cals It's 330 cals but within my calorie and macro limit most days. Chocolate, peanut butter, banana smoothie. Absolutely delicious!
