Oh I do use a scale 😁 I just thought a handful sounded better than writing “30 grams of organic peanuts” - they certainly are a generous portion of morning calories! Thanks for the yoghurt tips, didn’t think of using oats with them - that could definitely work.

Indeed! I did go through a period of doing this, it’s such a good source of protein and inexpensive. I probably just need to get creative and make it into a breakfast smoothie.

Oats made with skimmed milk and a sprinkling of raisins, then a handful of organic peanuts and a banana. Must start mixing protein powder in with the oats. I used to have Greek yoghurt, but I’ve quit sugar apart from fruit (again) and eating the plain one after waking up feels like some kind of divine punishment. 😬
