  • Yes! My advice is that you start with a change that is easy, then build on. I have done the same thing as you but this time I lowered my exercise standard to “it has to feel good, always”. To this I changed what I eat. Love steak so kept that and instead of pasta or rice I added salad of all kinds. Removed suger totaly,…
