I’m out...I’m still going to continue tracking and walking at least 20 minutes a day again, but I went over by 200 calories on Saturday even though I walked for 90 minutes. Oops. Hi all, I’m Kris. I’m new to this group but not new to MFP. I’ve lost 65lbs since July 2019 but looking to be more consistent in my physical activity. I’ve been exercising 3-4 days a week but would like to get in some time every day, even if it’s a 20 minute walk with the dogs.
