  • Level 2 day 3 done. Took another rest day because I feel like I’m being a little too hard on my body. I felt better and had more endurance during today’s workout.
  • Level 2 day 2 done! Level 2 is a struggle for me. I feel like it requires a lot of strength that I don’t have, so I’m really having to dial it back. Today I added a little bit of elliptical at the beginning and in the middle to get my heart rate up.

  • Day 7 done. I think I screwed up on my day on the last post. Lol This is what having 4 kids will do to your brain! :D I'm feeling really good today and even went for a 30 min walk with my hubby and the baby before 30DS!
