Yeah, I know it's 2-3 days away from that time when I start craving baked goods like crazy. I've party managed to go from craving cakes to craving bananas, but the struggle is real.

It's finally warm. So right now I don't feel like eating anything at all. I just want to curl up in the freezer. I mean look at the way too low calorie mess that is my diary.

I'm writing this with my laptop on my chest as I'm flat out on the bathroom floor to get the heat from the heating cables. The struggle is real.

Open diary so we can see what you eat?

You need to stop eating at night. Seriously. That or go for something low calorie. A warm glass of milk alone. You can try eating a little later in the evening to stop night cravings.

5'1", but eating 1500-1600 at the moment because of a combination of very active job and current weight.

I started using a measuring spoon, and it looks like a stupid small amount with just 5ml in the pan, but it's usually enough. That and I've been using cooking spray.

I count my salad stuff if they are high calorie or contain a lot of nutrients, like avocado or beans, or if I'm low for the day. But for low calorie salad stuff, I never take the time to weigh them, just put in a generic 100 grams more to remind me that I have indeed eaten vegetables that day.

Your meals look delicious. I'm going to copy that salmon dinner. The one thing that stands out to me is that there are a lot of snacks. So...When are you eating snacks? And why are you eating snacks? Are you genuinely hungry, or bored? Cutting half the snacks will have you well within your goal.

I bought a used fitbit, barely taken out of the box, for 1/4th of the price of a new one. Still working two years later. That said, I do not reccomend syncing with MFP since it has a flawed way of counting calories burned and will mess up your MFP numbers.

My solution have been to start eating sweet fruits/berries, and as my palate have adjusted I've gone less and less sweet. Right now I'm working on getting my protein intake up, so I have a bowl of cottage cheese with a bit of preserve for desert. Sweet, but not candy sweet.

b12, vitamin d, cacium, iodine, zink. Depending on how much egg, fish and dairy you eat, you should supplement for these things. as a woman you should also keep an eye on your iron levels.
