No I’m asking if eating meat every single day would be bad for weight loss. I know in general it isn’t bad. I’ve always heard to have at least 1-2 meatless days.

I tried the Vegetarian/Vegan route once. LOVED BeyondMeat! The black bean burger & falafel is probably one of my favorites. I didn’t even think about that!
