I can sometimes get 2500, if I'm extremely busy! I'm a stay at home mom.

I chose sedentary. I always start the day with the negative adjustments, and it rarely (unless I take a walk) comes into a positive adjustment. I keep my fitbit on all day sync.

No disrespect taken! What you said makes complete sense. I was just curious as to what others thought, yeah that 90 calories may not give me the .5 a pound a week but would it still bring a loss. That's all I was asking and I tend to overthink things!!

Yes, I agree slow and steady wins the race. I have MFP set to .5 a week. I'm only 5"1 and 38 so I don't have much wiggle room. I would probably benefit from more activity, I have no limitations just got lazy I guess lol. Thanks for taking the time to respond to my post and offering advice!
