And repeat..... 7 more days, 5 more rides, 2 more gym sessions. 37.2 miles this morning in 2:19:07. Tue to Fri: (4) - 22.6 +/- rides. Total for the week: 127.54 miles. 3 lbs lighter than last Sunday. Great day everyone.

Just a suggestion, not knowing how remote you are, do you have Craigslist where you live? Would they have a selection of bikes to choose from?
