Portion sizes. 100 percent. I saw AL’s portions and realized that mine were terrifyingly close to hers. I have since cut my portions by a significant amount.

You can do it! What has helped me is eating a higher volume of vegetables, egg whites, and nonfat Greek yogurt to fill myself up because they are lower calorie and nutritious. Best of luck!
