Sw: 78kg W1: 78kg Cw: 77.8kg Had a hard time losing weight last week even though I stayed under my calories and started exercising. I was also very bloaty and became slowly hopeless. Turns out I was going to start my period and now finally everything is getting back to normal slowly and I'm starting to lose weight again

For me not so super great. I haven't been eating very healthy but at least I stayed under my calories. I haven't gained or lost so far. I also haven't exercised but I hope I get the chance to go swimming a couple of times this week. I need to get a better routine so it would be easier to prepare healthier food

F/23/5'4 Sw: 78kg (172lbs?) Gw: 60kg (132lbs) but let's try to get to 75 kg first. I have lost about 8kg since December and gained back 2 recently and I'm hoovering around the same weight now. I hope to develop a healthier lifestyle and lose some more.
