  • I'm 60 and having fun getting back in shape. Working out with a personal trainer 2 times a week and am having a ball biking and kayaking. My new kayak arrives in a few weeks -- just in time for the water to warm up a bit. Who has an active summer planned?
  • I'm 60, had a cow when I was young, an organizational psychologist in practice, loves to spin yarn, weave, and knit. I got the app several years ago as well and just recently took the time to learn how to use it to track food, water, workouts, and activities.
