  • The biggest thing for me was the realization that this is not a, "Diet" and is a lifestyle choice. I decided I will not go back to eating in a way that was making me fat. It's gotten to be, "habit" now but the motivation happens every time I look in the mirror.
  • When you realize you've made a successful lifestyle change. I remind people that, "I'm not ON a Diet, I've CHANGED my Diet.
  • This may have been mentioned before but it kills me when big people ask how you did it and I then proceed you tell yourself that doesn't work. Or the fact that they are will jeer at your progress as a way to justify them not getting off their *kitten*.
