I’ve started Keto a week now. Switching my macros a bit so I can get in Ketosis. Keto works, I’ve done it before and I have watched several others have much success. My failure was not recognizing it as a life change, I won’t make that mistake this time. Look forward to hearing about your successes.

I started my Keto transition on 7/15/19. BW: 234 CW: 222.3 as of this A.M. I’m certain a lot of it is water weight, but it has motivated me to keep going this route.
