  • Whooop! Yesterday was the first day this month I hit my water challenge. 89.6 oz. I also had to make up a fake food to hit 1000 calories or it wouldn't let me close and log my diary. I'm coming off a week of migraines so my appetite just isn't there. Jeanna

  • Such a great question! I just purchased a scale and it should be here in a few days. My first couple of weeks all I did was focus on calories, now I'm easing my way into nutrition and weighing my foods. Slow and steady as I have a very long way to go.
