I'm the same. Back for another go! Was successful before and kept it off then had to have a hip replacement and lost my mojo before and after. Looking for friends too! I'm in the UK but happy for adds from anywhere. Doing Keto and on Day 10. Done MFP successfully before using calorie count but lifestyle change has meant a gain of 3 stone which needs to go asap as waiting for a hip replacement at 50. Joyous!
