I hear what your saying, I look at my pics and see little change, even naked. Others say they see a definite change (I've lost 30 lbs) and I am down a size and a half around the waist... I feel much better too. Keep doing what you're doing, it's working. Let others judge your appearance because you really are your ownβ¦

It's a long and winding road but worth the trip! I've been on it a few times now and it seems that I forget to maintain once I've lost. π So far, despite a lapse for about a month and a half, I've managed to maintain this time, so here I am back at it! π

Plateaus happen in the keto world... just keep doing what your doing. I would also say don't worry about what the scale says, too many variables for accuracy. Instead, take progress pics or measurements to review your work. Personally, I'd rather look and feel better than weigh less any ways! Of course, weighing less isβ¦

Congrats! I just posted my 'Before' pics too... or should I say again. I took a month and a half off from MFP, trying to continue on keto on my own. I gotta say, my weight remained about the same and when I posted these pics, they look good for where I'm at! Good luck to you!

Bananas and bread are not good for low carbs. I usually make a cheese (some sort of white cheese) omelet with some meat (usually bacon or sausage). For fruit, stick with berries.

I would guess you'll be fine. There are exercises that you can do to firm the pectoral muscles to help support your breasts. My concern is sagging skin. My pics are already showing that, especially in my comparison pics. Right now, I'm okay with that because I'm losing inches and I feel better too.

I started Keto back in March... I lost 15 lbs but more importantly, I lost inches! Started seeing a difference in my Progress Pics and definitely in my clothes. I'm down one size pants, had to buy a smaller belt and my shirts are looser... and, I'm borderline ready for another downsize in pants!
