Welcome to MFP! I'm a bit confused.. when you go to bed you ruin it? Do you keep snacks in your nightstand? That would be a problem... I try to plan my intake during the day to leave extra calories at night for extra snacking. Since I'm on keto, I don't have foods around that aren't part of the diet. Also, if your in bedβ¦

Exactly how I feel... look and feel better, and, although I weigh myself almost daily (it keeps me focused), weight be damned! I'm more interested in the Progress Pics I post and the belt size I wear! I recently went to the doctor and discovered that all my vitals were down significantly! Very excited about that!

Welcome back! I've long stated that Progress Pics are a great motivator! I post mine every other week and a Comparison Pic about once a month. π It may be a bit excessive but it keeps me going and it's still much better than an unreliable scale... π
