I found that if I eat with a calorie deficit I loose "1 lb" a week. I lost 24 lbs and hit a platue, I think I was eating more than recorded, so thought I needed to eat more to burn so I did recommended calorie intake-! Just starting here, SW was 242 on May 2019 then down to 218 mid July...but gained 5lbs back afraid I'll gain more. I was allowing foods I don't eat because I felt like it and didn't think it would matter. Wrong!
