  • Install both apps on your phone, then go to Settings -> 3rd Party Apps in Garmin Connect, and link them there. Or go to https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps and link Garmin Connect from there. (I looked but can't see a way of linking things from the Garmin Connect web app at connect.garmin.com).
