Hi Melissa, From my personal experience, legumes, beans lentils and chickpeas play a major role in my diet. They are very healthy and keep me full :smile: Good luck!

Hi, Yes, at first I also didn't track my calories. I then bought a food scale so I can know more or less how many calories I eat. One thing I learned is olive oil and avocado, although being healthy do contain a lot of calories so I usually eat 1/4 of avocado and am cautious with the olive oil in my salads :) Good luck!

Welcome:) Are you eating because you are hungry ? From my personal experience I learned that legumes, such as beans, lentils and chickpeas are a lifesaver for me. They keep me full. If it doesn't work, and if it's just a habit of yours, then try gradually eating less at night until you don't eat at all. It also depends…
