You said you stick to 1200 calories a day, just want to mention a friend of mine who’s big in nutrition advises me not to do this. He said have a baseline amount (1200) but pick at least 1 day in the week where you’ll have a low calorie day (day 400 less calories that day) and 1 day with a high calorie day (say 400 more…

Petty reason: I’m tired of being the “big girl” in my friends group. Even when I was at my lowest weight always felt crappy being in pictures with them but even more so now that I’ve put on 35 pounds! Also, there’s a lot of clothes I love that I can’t wear right now!
