I try to have the mindset that "I don't eat that" instead of " I can't eat that" it makes a big difference to me, it's not that I CAN'T it is that I CHOOSE not to. I am the only one who puts food into my mouth... it is totally under MY control! we got this!

My goal for this week (in addition to the ones I already have) is to stay OFF THE SCALE until Friday! I weigh myself daily out of habit and I really don't want to be so dependent on that number.... I did step on it this morning so this goal starts NOW!

Hi all, I did pretty well this weekend. Stayed under both calorie and carb goals. Feeling good and going to the gym again today. You guys are rocking it!

SW: 302 CW: 264 GW: under 200 (for now) 11/1/19: 261.6 I don't know where that 2 lb whoosh came from since yesterday morning, but I will take it! Maybe it was the extra walking for trick or treating :-) Let's get this November started! I will be heading to the gym today, and staying on goal with food!

Final Oct weight 263.8... moving down, slowly. But i didn't really start buckling down until about a week ago so I am expecting better results in November! See you guys over there!

I'm here! Will update weight on 11/1. As we end this year I am planning for a January get away to Florida and looking to get in shape as much as I can before then. I will weigh officially on Thursday to end the month (currently my TOM so not a good time for weighing. I just booked a surprise trip to Florida for my hubby and I in Jan so I need to kick this booty into gear! Went to the gym today sop that is a step in the right direction, I am all in for a November challenge!
