The idea about incomplete protein has been debunked for a for years now. There's no need to worry about complete proteins on a vegan or vegetarian diet. Eat what you want without worry :)

I just use one tablespoon of whatever creamer I have on hand. I have a snickers creamer and it is only 35 calories per serving, I just make sure to use 1 tablespoon in a cup :) I have a pumpkin spice one that I also use that is similar. If you want more creamyness I suggest half and half or a big splash of whole milk.

I go to the grocery store and get fruits, nuts, and frozen veg steam able bags. Most places even gas stations have a microwave. I have a bowl in my car that I keep on hand for such occasions. Also yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and veggie subs are good and easy options when out and about

Well most people on here are to lose weight, so that's probably why it's not as popular of a topic, but it is an important one. I've come to the point where I am not looking at the scale anymore and just eating what makes me feel healthy, wholesome, and good :)

I work from 2-10pm and that can be weird at times. Also 11 a.m to 8 pm. I pack my food for work and eat when I am hungry. I don't have to eat at certain times, just when I am hungry :)
