March 1 - 159.7 LB March 4 - 156.6LB It is Orthodox lent 1st week and I am consuming very little food at all, a lot of water, home made teas. More time for meditation, yoga, reading, looking at the ocean.

I joined today. 62 yo. Was size 2-4 all my life and BOOM!!! I am size 8-10.... disgusted with myself. I also tried exercise, yoga, pilates, swim, fast walking, pills, etc. Do not eat much, do not like fast food, no sweetened drinks, only water... still no shaved lbs. maybe age...
