  • Nikki, you are so close to your goal weight of 115, that's fantastic! And...7lbs in 2 months is great being that close to goal. Pace yourself now to 1-1 1/2 lbs per month so that you will learn what you need to do to maintain. Congratulations!!

  • I switched to a "breakfast parfait" this summer with a couple of fresh fruit choices I might have on hand; peaches, blueberries, bananas, apples, sweet cherries/cottage cheese/pecans/drizzled with 1 TB of honey. I also started to sprinkle with Saigon Cinnamon. So Good!
  • Store brand cottage cheese, bagged frozen chicken breasts when on sale, seasonal vegetables & fruits, store brand frozen vegetables, watch for meat sales on ground beef, steaks, pork chops...Just for starters.
