Your body needs fat for your joints, hair, cells, brain, the list goes on. Your body needs protein for muscle growth. Your body can use carbs as an energy source... and that's it. So if you ask me if carbs are bad, I say yes.

I hate working out in gyms but love playing sports and cycling. Gyms are depressing to me. My “workouts” consist of activities like tennis or cycling next to the lake. Maybe get yourself out of the gym and go outside.

I eat 1 meal a day. I’m finding that cutting calories by doing this is very easy. Most days I have to make sure my intake isn’t too low. Also doing keto and very low calorie diet. When people ask how I’ve lost so much weight I tell them I’m doing Keto+VLCD+OMAD and just watch them look at me with a puzzled face. Lol

What about the liquid only diet? Not meaning the irish version where you just drink pints all day. More like all your meals need to be in juice form. Bowl of cereal?... Juice it. Steak and potato for dinner?... Juice it.

Doing omad so its like 22-2 for me. 1000 calorie limit too and i feel great!

Humans were never meant to eat carbs the way we do. I doubt cavemen could get refined flours or super concentrated sugars. Even fruits have been genetically altered to be sweeter. I for one have felt 1000x better on the caveman diet, I mean keto diet.

I'm doing the same. One side effect of one meal a day is you save yourself time and effort by not making breakfast and lunch!

I'm doing kept as well. Last night i had wings - deep fried, uncoated and tossed in frank's extra hot sauce. Big bowl of ceasar salad and a handful of walnuts. Sometimes my main is the caesar salad but i through 6 slices of bacon in it. Delicious....
