I was good today and mediated upon waking, I'm just learning. Then I did a 40 minute walk on the beach, getting my grounding in. It's nice at 8am, nobody is there. I'm learning all this stuff from Emma Voysey, love her. Today is my weight day so I will start that now. Wishing everyone a GREAT Day!😊

@zichab Thanks! I love metric because 99 sounds better than 218, HA! Sounds like you have your hands full! I come from a family of 9, grew up on a farm with no running water or sewage, my parents put us to work as soon as we could walk, 😁.
