March start Weight: 147 March Goal Weight: 139 Ultimate Goal Weight: 130 Mar 1 : 147 Mar 8: 137 Mar 15: Mar 22: Mar 29: Mar 31: I'm assuming this is mostly water weight since I just started dieting on the first or because my March 1st weight was from a different scale (Dr office) than my home scale. Hi All, I have been a vegetarian since December of 2017. Although I am animal obsessed, I decided to make the switch mainly for environmental purposes. I tried to go vegan about a year ago but found that too hard to maintain being a full-time grad student and working full-time. I do plan to once my life is a little lessβ¦

The one I hear ALL THE TIME, "But you eat fish, right?" No, I don't. That would make me a pescatarian. Vegans and vegetarians don't eat fish. Or vice versa, "I'm a vegetarian too, but I eat seafood." π€ͺ Come on people π€¦
